About Matthew Guzman

Matthew “Matt” Guzman, a real estate agent in Houston and the surrounding areas, is owner of RE/MAX Universal. A native Texan, he spent 11 years in the financial services industry in both Houston and Laredo. From an early age, Matt displayed leadership skills in and out of school. Under Matt’s leadership, he has been able to help companies dramatically increase revenue production and employee morale. Matt has always believed in the importance of engaging new ideas and professional development. As a manager, Matt cross-trained his teams allowing them to gain leadership and management skills and move within the company. Quality focused, Matt understands both the bottom-line and the long-term impact of service. Searching for a place to practice his true passion in real estate, Matt joined RE/MAX after noticing the top quality training, company reputation and high energy of the agents and staff. As a top producer, Matt consistently exceeds goals and is willing and ready to share best practices with other agents.
